Vivek is an engineering leader and a leadership coach, with around 20 years of experience in building large scale software systems. Today he runs global engineering for On AG and has in past worked for Zalando, LG Home shopping, Telefonica, Harman in similar roles. His background is in cloud infrastructure, e-commerce, applied machine learning and distributed systems. He is passionate about building systems for change, coaching and decision making in uncertainties.
